Andy Roasters

Andy Roasters describes itself as a micro-lot coffee roaster, started during the pandemic at the Blikfabriek site in Hoboken by Kjell and Dave, who had previously run independent coffee bars for five years. Their site organises single-origin espresso and filter coffees by flavour profile (fruity washed, fruity unwashed, balanced) and frames the business around three pillars: digging (sourcing), playing (roast and brew experimentation) and understanding. A flagship store and bar opened two years after the roastery, at Amerikalei 82 in Antwerp.
