About

Specialty coffee roaster founded in 2007 in Edinburgh, Scotland, co-founded by a Chilean and a New Zealander. The first specialty coffee roaster in Scotland and winner of the Glenfiddich Spirit of Scotland award for its contribution to the Scottish food scene. Roasts a rotating selection of single-origin and blended coffees. Has expanded into whisky-cask-finished coffees. Operates several independent cafes across Edinburgh and offers wholesale.
