About

Amsterdam-based specialty coffee roastery, cafe, and bakery founded in 2014 by Noortje Vlutters and Inge Bulthuis. They began roasting their own coffee in 2015 and opened a bakery in 2017. The business comprises two coffee bars (Weteringstraat and Van Hallstraat), a roastery at Nieuw-Zeelandweg 15D, and an SCA-accredited barista training academy. They focus on single-origin and specialty coffees with an emphasis on sustainability.
