Artisan micro-roaster in Casablanca, roasting on site in its Ahmed Charci boutique with computer-assisted profiling. Leans light-to-medium, publishes tasting notes per origin, and sells retail, wholesale and to hospitality across Morocco. One of the few genuine specialty roasters operating in the city.
