About

Specialty coffee roastery and coffee-bar in Cologne, founded in late 2020 by father-son team Rainer and Johannes Weithoff. Blooming focuses on light-roasted 100% Arabica single-origins sourced for quality and sustainability, delivered CO2-neutral and packaged in recyclable or reusable containers. Coffees are roasted in-house and supplied to selected cafes and direct customers.
