Specialty coffee roastery and espresso bar in Wetzlar, Hesse, founded in 2017. Bohnen & Soehne hand-roasts small batches of directly traded Arabica coffees and sells them through their espresso bar and online shop. The espresso bar at Hauser Gasse 12 serves as a tasting and retail point, with a focus on making specialty coffee approachable. The motto is "Love People. Love Coffee."
