About

Specialty coffee roastery in Chemnitz, Saxony, operated by Matthias Dallinger as a glass-walled manufactory in the Wirkbau creative campus (Annaberger Str. 73). Bohnenmeister roasts Arabica project coffees in small drum-roaster batches with a focus on direct trade, transparency, and sustainability. Three Chemnitz locations: the roastery/coffeeshop in Wirkbau, Dreamers café at Brühl 73, and an espresso bar at Franz-Mehring-Str. 17 (Kaßberg). Won Deutsche Röstergilde gold medals in 2021 for filter and espresso.
