Specialty roasting label by Carlos de la Torre (multiple-time Mexican Barista and Brewers Cup champion) and Yarismeth Barrientos. Roasts to order, sourcing from independent producers in Veracruz, Oaxaca and Guerrero with a direct-trade, social focus.
