About

Color Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe based in Eagle, Colorado, founded in 2016 by father-son duo Clark and Charlie Gundlach. They roast single-origin and blend coffees on a German drum roaster, sourcing from Ethiopia, Burundi, Kenya, Ecuador, Colombia, and Mexico among others. The flagship roastery-cafe in Eagle serves espresso drinks and food; they ship direct-to-consumer online nationwide.
