d'Anastassio Kaffeerosterei und Kaffeeschule is a one-person specialty roastery and coffee school located at Krugenofen 46 in Aachen, Germany. Founded in 2020, owner Anastassio roasts exclusively specialty coffee using a gentle drum method, offering espresso blends, single-origin filter, and seasonal lots sourced through trusted importers such as Rehm Coffee and Touton Specialties.
