Mark holds an Engineering Doctorate from the University of Birmingham where his research focused on heat and mass transfer in coffee roasting. Dialect sources single-origin lots from trusted importers and applies methodical roasting profiles to explore each coffee's flavour space. The brand aims to make specialty coffee approachable and accessible through transparent knowledge-sharing.
