Dreielf Rosthandwerk is a specialty coffee roastery in Hildesheim, Germany. They roast exclusively direct-trade specialty-grade Arabica coffees on a Giesen drum roaster in batches of 6-13 kg. Their catalog spans single-origin filter and espresso coffees from partner farms in Mexico, Peru and other origins, alongside seasonal blends. They operate a roastery/cafe at Borden-strasse in the Meistermeile district, a second cafe near the Kehrwiederturm, and a pop-up at the Helios Klinikum, as well as a Saturday market stall. Workshops and B2B wholesale are also offered.
