Earth Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Kuwait City in 2014 by Ali Al-Fahad, who began as a home roaster and built the brand around single-origin lots and experimental processing. The roastery sources coffees from Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on traceable micro-lots and modern fermentation techniques. It operates a cafe in Kuwait and ships regionally.
