About

Specialty coffee roastery opened in December 2014 in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood, founded by Brendan Mullally and Drew Fitchette. Elm focuses on light-to-medium roasts that maximize solubility and clarity without imparting baked or roasted flavors. The roastery sources rotating single-origin microlots from producers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, operating one cafe location in Pioneer Square and supplying wholesale throughout the Pacific Northwest.
