About

Specialty coffee roastery located in Weissach (Rottach-Weissach) on Lake Tegernsee in Bavaria, Germany. Founded by Mario Felix Liebold, the 2012 German Roaster of the Year, the roastery uses drum-roasting to develop the full aroma spectrum of each bean. Sourcing is primarily direct-trade from farms in Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. The operation includes an online shop, wholesale, barista workshops, and the Felix Cafe & EspressoBar in the Tegernsee valley. ETK also holds research plots in Tanzania and Guatemala.
