About

Specialty coffee roastery based at a lake near Berlin, with a retail shop (Kajumi) in Prenzlauer Berg at Dunckerstrasse 73. Founded by Emilia Giulin and Ebrahim Qayumi, Farben roasts direct-trade single-origin coffees on an electric roaster powered by green electricity. The roastery organizes its catalog by a color-based flavor classification system. Coffees are sold in home compostable packaging and staff work a four-day week.
