Specialty coffee roastery based in Hong Kong, operating by appointment from Shun Lee (San Po Kong). Founded with a philosophy inspired by the Japanese word for failure (feiru), encouraging baristas to experiment freely. The team applies a scientific approach to roasting and brewing, emphasising traceability and reproducibility. Also offers coffee courses and custom drip bag production.
