Five Senses Coffee is a B Corp-certified specialty coffee roaster founded in Perth, Western Australia. Established in 2000 by Dean Gallagher following direct-trade relationships in Papua New Guinea, the company has grown to operate roasteries and Barista Academies across Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and other Australian cities. They are known for direct and traceable sourcing, including ownership of the Tiga Raja mill in North Sumatra. Five Senses is carbon-neutral and supplies wholesale, retail, and subscription customers across Australia.
