About

Fortitude Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and café operator based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Founded in 2014 as a café and beginning to roast in 2016, they specialise in traceable single-origin coffees roasted in small batches on a Diedrich roaster. They source directly from farming cooperatives and washing stations in Rwanda, Mexico, Ethiopia, Colombia, and other origins, prioritising transparency and quality. They operate multiple café locations in Edinburgh.
