About

Glücksbohne Rösterei is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe opened in October 2022 in the Viertel district of Bremen, Germany. Owner Jens Haltermann sources beans from small farms in Colombia, Panama, Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, scoring 85–91 points on the SCA quality scale. Coffees are roasted on a Loring S7 drum roaster, with medium-light profiles for filter and medium-dark for espresso. Guests can watch the roasting process live in the cafe at Ostertorsteinweg 66.
