Grandmother Coffee Roastery is a micro-specialty roastery based in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai, UAE. Founded by industry veterans with many years in specialty coffee, the roastery focuses exclusively on roasting as its core craft, sourcing specialty-grade single-origin and exclusive micro-lot beans from producers worldwide. Products are sold online in AED and via wholesale. The physical location functions as a roastery with retail, cupping events, and barista training.
