FUNK Coffee (formerly House of Funk Brewing Co.) is a specialty coffee roaster and coffee bar founded in 2019 in North Vancouver, British Columbia, by Ann Hnatyshyn and team. Originally launched as the coffee program of a craft brewery, FUNK has since evolved into a standalone roasting brand with its own coffee bar in downtown Vancouver at 1025 Dunsmuir Street. They release two new single-origin lots each month, sourced from producers using distinctive fermentation and processing methods, roasted light to highlight vibrant and complex flavour profiles. Coffee is packaged in cans with oxygen-scavenging lids.
