Specialty coffee roastery and cafe founded by Rainer Burkhardt in Kiel, northern Germany. Roasts small batches of organic and traceable arabica beans sourced via direct trade partner Trabocca from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, Peru, and Guatemala. Uses light-to-medium roast profiles to preserve origin character. Has won gold medals at the Deutsche Roestergilde blind-cupping competition every year since 2015. Operates a cafe and coffee school at Kueterstrasse 7-9 in Kiel's old town.
