Specialty coffee roastery founded in 1994 in Madison, Wisconsin by Michael Johnson, operating from a roastery at 5821 Femrite Drive. A 50% women-owned business with nearly 30 years of specialty coffee experience, three Q graders on staff, and multiple Good Food Award wins. Sources coffees directly from producers and through like-minded importers, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and traceability. Roasts single-origin lots and blends sold in 12 oz bags via their online shop and wholesale.
