Specialty coffee roaster and cafe chain founded in 2003 by Jonathan Rubinstein in Greenwich Village, New York City. Grown to more than 20 locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, with a roastery cafe in Long Island City. Sources at least 80% of coffees from Rainforest Alliance certified producers. Offers single-origin and blend coffees via online shop, wholesale, subscription, and cafes. Known for warm hospitality and consistent quality across locations.
