Small-batch specialty coffee roastery based in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, in the Calder Valley. Founded by Joel, who roasts on a 10 kg Besca after starting on a 1 kg machine. Focuses on ethically sourced single-origins including experimental lots processed with anaerobic and maceration techniques from Colombian producers. Keeps overheads low to make rare coffees accessible. Runs a sister cafe called Giddy Arts in Saltaire opposite Salts Mill, which offers a plastic-free refill section.
