Focuses on ethically sourced single-origins including experimental lots processed with anaerobic and maceration techniques from Colombian producers. Keeps overheads low to make rare coffees accessible. Runs a sister cafe called Giddy Arts in Saltaire opposite Salts Mill, which offers a plastic-free refill section.
