Kafar Palarnia Kawy is a specialty coffee roastery based in Gliwice, Poland, founded in 2015 by a group of baristas. The roastery sources specialty-grade arabica from various origins and roasts in small batches. Kafar also operates a coffeehouse in Gliwice and offers barista trainings and workshops. Coffee is sold online and distributed through specialty retailers.
