Kaffeekommune is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe in Mainz, Germany, founded in 2010 as Mainz' first specialty coffee shop. The roastery at Lennebergstrasse 1 roasts its own coffees to the specialty coffee standard, emphasising natural aroma and sweetness over bitterness. In addition to retailing coffee, Kaffeekommune operates a coffeeshop and offers specialty coffee courses.
