About

Kaffeemanner Rosterei is a specialty coffee roastery and manufactory in Aschersleben, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, founded in 2020 by Thomas and Dominik. The roastery uses traditional drum roasting at up to 210 degrees Celsius for up to 20 minutes to develop flavour in high-quality arabica beans sourced via direct trade from farmers worldwide. They also offer coffee accessories, seminars, and individual consultations.
