Specialty coffee roastery founded by master roaster Jörg Plümacher, based in Hilden, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, with cafe locations also in Düsseldorf. They roast on a Probat 12kg drum roaster using slow roasting profiles of 12–18 minutes. The single-origin selection spans Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, India, Peru, Malawi, Mexico, El Salvador, and Costa Rica, with a focus on fairly traded beans and direct producer relationships.
