About

Specialty coffee roastery and coffeeshop opened in 2016 by Stefan Vogelgesang and Christiane Maier in the Haidhausen district of Munich, Bavaria, Germany. They roast single-origin coffees in a drum roaster, sourcing green beans from Central and South America, Africa, and Asia, with regular origin visits to assess quality and producer conditions. Espresso drinks are prepared on a La Marzocco GB5; filter coffee is served via Chemex and Aeropress. The cafe also offers snacks.
