About

Specialty coffee roastery based in Bühl, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with Brewbar cafes in Baden-Baden. They roast on a 15kg Giesen drum roaster and deliver fresh within days of roasting. Their "Onkel Otto" filter coffee won a gold medal from the German Roasters Guild in 2021. Coffee is sourced from partner farms via direct trade and specialty importers. The roastery opens for public factory tours on the third Saturday of each month, and offers home barista courses alongside their in-store Brewbar.
