About

Specialty coffee roastery founded by Jörg Oertel in Oelsnitz in the Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) region of Saxony, Germany. Roasts single-origin and blend coffees by hand in a drum roaster, with a focus on clean, character-driven cups. The roastery also operates a snack cafe on site and sells online via kaffinski-shop.de. Particularly known in the regional Saxony specialty coffee scene.
