London specialty coffee roastery founded in 2018, roasting organic and direct-trade single-origin coffees and blends on a Loring Smart Roaster. Carbon negative company that plants trees for every subscription sold. Sources 100% certified organic coffee and pays at least 50% above Fairtrade price. Won the UK Barista Championships in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Operates an SCA-certified training campus and twelve retail cafes across London.
