About

Micro-roastery founded in 2024 in Berlin by Ukrainian barista champion Vladyslav Demonenko (2023 Ukrainian Brewers Cup winner, 2022 Coffee in Good Spirits runner-up). Roasts competition-grade, lot-specific coffees light to preserve sweetness and clarity, using a Probat 12 kg roaster. Sources directly from transparent producers across Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Panama.
