Lucid Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2021 by Stephen Houston in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, operating from Unit 5, Kennedy Way. Houston brings over seven years of production roasting experience and holds SCA Professional Level qualifications in Barista Skills and Coffee Brewing, and has been Irish Brewers Cup Champion (2017, 2019). The roastery sources from named producer relationships including Mio in Brazil, Cofinet and Osito in Colombia, Karst Organics in Timor-Leste, and Volcan Azul in Costa Rica. Lucid publishes green coffee FOB prices, roast profile data with Agtron readings, and an annual transparency report.
