About

Specialty coffee roastery, espresso bar, and brew bar based in Nuremberg's Gostenhof district, founded in 2008. Machhörndl sources seasonal harvests exclusively and roasts them gently on a drum roaster to preserve origin character. The roastery runs three Nuremberg locations: the roastery and brew bar in Gostenhof, a bar in Crämer & Co, and a cafe-bakery at Bärenschanze. Coffee is 100% traceable; the assortment covers single-origin espresso and filter lots as well as wholesale supply and barista training.
