Micro specialty coffee project based in Palo Alto, California, run by Brian Kuo. Originally operating as minmax coffee by bk, the brand focuses on very lightly roasted single-origin coffees and also sells green (unroasted) beans. The project has a passion-driven and experimentally forward approach, exploring different roasting styles and machines. Products include single-origin lots from Colombia, Ethiopia, and other origins.
