modcup coffee co. is a specialty roaster and cafe group founded in 2013 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Starting as a mobile coffee cart, it grew into multiple retail cafes in Hudson County and a robust online business. The roaster focuses on direct trade relationships with producers and uses advanced processing techniques, offering light to dark roasts across traditional, modern, and wild expression categories. It ships worldwide and sources from Colombia, Ethiopia, Panama, and other origins.
