About

Berlin-based specialty roaster founded in 2018 by Colombian entrepreneur Rodrigo Castillo, who sources exclusively from shade-grown boutique farms in Colombia and roasts in-house at the North Andes Roastery opened in early 2024. All coffees are single-region Colombian lots from Cundinamarca, Huila, Magdalena, Santander, and Tolima. Operates three Berlin cafes in Prenzlauer Berg, Weissensee, and Mitte near Checkpoint Charlie.
