Specialty coffee roastery and espresso bar in Northgate, Brisbane, founded and run by Aaron, who brings over 30 years of hospitality experience and 15 years in specialty coffee. Passport sources single-origin coffees from sustainable and ethical trade partnerships, roasting them to highlight clarity and ease of extraction for home brewers and cafes alike. The roastery operates Monday through Saturday and supplies wholesale accounts across Brisbane and beyond.
