Specialty coffee roaster founded in 2010 in Savannah, Georgia, originally as Panther's Eye Roasting Company by Philip, whose acronym PERC stuck. Started with a roaster, a stereo, and a bike to hand-deliver bags around Savannah, PERC has grown into a multi-city operation with shops in Savannah and Atlanta and a passionate focus on sourcing bold, dynamic coffees from the world's top producers. Roast profiles are designed to maximize natural sweetness and character. Hosts free public cuppings monthly.
