About
Family-owned specialty coffee roastery founded in 2016 in Neukölln, Berlin by Finnish couple Sari and Henrik Haavisto. The name "Populus" means people, reflecting a sourcing philosophy built on direct relationships with producers in Guatemala, Honduras, and other origins developed since 2014. Roasts at a shared space (Communal Coffee) in Berlin-Neukölln and operates a small on-site presence near the Maybachufer.
