About

Specialty coffee roaster operating in Tucson, Arizona since 2014, founded by Curtis Zimmerman. Named after the presta bicycle valve, reflecting the founder's love of cycling. Roasts in small batches on a 15kg Joper roaster, sourcing from a mix of long-standing farm relationships and new producers. Offers washed, natural, honey, and experimental-process coffees. Runs three cafe locations in Tucson and has been named Best Coffee in Arizona by Food & Wine Magazine.
