Kaffee Provokateur is a specialty coffee roastery based in Sankt Augustin, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Located at Kolnstrasse 112-114, they roast high-quality green coffees sourced from selected farms with attention to social responsibility and sustainability. Their approach centers on gentle long-time roasting to bring out each bean's desired characteristics. They offer a range of single-origins from South America, Africa, Asia, and Indonesia, as well as a limited seasonal specialty line called Capolavoro.
