About

Quills Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and cafe group founded in 2007 by Nathan Quillo in the Germantown neighbourhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Beginning as a single coffeehouse, the company grew to roast all of its coffee in small batches on Main Street in Louisville. Quills sources through direct-trade relationships with producers in Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia, Mexico, and other origins, offering a rotating selection of single-origins, seasonal blends, and decafs. They operate six cafes across Louisville and one in downtown Indianapolis.
