Red Bank Coffee Roasters
About
Specialty coffee roastery founded by former London lawyer Tom Prestwich, based in Kendal, Cumbria in the English Lake District. Red Bank sources traceable, ethically-produced arabica in small batches, roasting on a Loring machine for energy efficiency. The rotating seasonal lineup emphasises direct relationships with producers and importers such as Trabocca and Raw Material. The roastery is B Corp certified and donates 2% of revenue to charitable and rewilding projects. Mike serves as Head Roaster and Operations Manager.
