About

Rocket Bean Roastery is Latvia's largest specialty coffee roastery and cafe group, founded in Riga in 2015 by Aivars Rodčenko, Mārtiņš Dzenis, and Ancis Romanovskis. Roastmaster Mārtiņš Drungils leads the roasting program, sourcing single-origin lots from Africa, Indonesia, Central America, and Latin America. The company has expanded to multiple cafe locations across Riga and other Baltic capitals and has won Gold Medals at the Global Coffee Awards.
