Rostgrad Kaffeemanufaktur is a specialty coffee roastery in Rahden, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, founded in December 2015 by Thomas Kruger, a certified coffee sommelier and IHK-certified specialty coffee roaster. The roastery in the Tonnenheide district focuses on gently roasted specialty and rare coffees, sold through their in-house shop, an online store, and regional distribution partners.
