About

Specialty coffee roaster founded by Jared and Deanna Linzmeier in fall 2013, with first batches roasted from a garage in rural Portage County, Wisconsin. Moved to a 4,000+ sq ft warehouse in Nelsonville in 2015. Sources directly from producers across Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Mexico, and El Salvador, emphasising traceability and seasonal menus. Operates cafes in Nelsonville and Stevens Point. Named Wisconsin's best roaster by Food & Wine.
